Resizing Ads Component (Especially Skip Button and Learn More Button)

Below screenshot is an ads in player when in portrait / not fullscreen mode. Both Skip button and Learn More button appear too big. Is there a way to resize these components?

The IMA SDKs do not support changing the layout, size, or content of UI elements like skip and Learn more. For more details on UI elements, see AdsManager.uiElements. However, In order to check and confirm the reported issue from our end, can you please provide the below details so that we can check your implementation for the visibility and may provide the solution:

• Based on the information provided, I can confirm that the platform type is iOS, can you confirm the integration type being used client side/server side(DAI)
• Provide stream details: if it is live or video on demand (VOD). Furthermore, if the content is live, what is the stream format and the asset key? If the content is VOD, what is the stream format, CMS ID, and Video ID
• If it is client side, provide a VAST tag URL 
• If DRM is used, please provide a "clear stream" that has no DRM
