Hey,
What exactly does the Ranking on a contributor's /proposal page signify? Is it their preference or where the org currently marks them at in the evaluation or is it filled with a random value for all until the final day for result i.e 8th May in this case.

What exactly does the Ranking on a contributor's /proposal page signify? Is it their preference or where the org currently marks them at in the evaluation or is it filled with a random value for all until the final day for result i.e 8th May in this case.
That is for the contributor to mark their #1, #2 and #3 choice of their proposals (if they submitted multiple proposals). Contributors aren't required to rank their proposals but in the very rare case they have proposals accepted by 2 different orgs their preference will be considered (but not guaranteed).
