Go 1.25 branch is frozen - [May 21st, 2025]

Hi Gophers,

We have now entered the freeze.

Every feature or optimization CL after this point needs to wait until the next release. Fix CLs are still OK.

Note that the Go 1.25 Release Candidate 1 is scheduled for the second week of June, tentatively June 10th. Please focus your attention on resolving issues that block the RC 1 release to avoid delays.
