Capture click stream of users in mobile app via Firebase

I am working on mobile app, using flutter. I want to capture the click stream of users. We intend to use firebase, but have question about free tier.

It is mentioned in the documentation that  Google Analytics for Firebase provides free, unlimited reporting on up to 500 distinct events. Doe this mean that even if we have 20000 users, the free tier can be used for capturing the click stream of all the 20k users for 500 event types?

Please clarify.
