Chromedriver 133.0.6943.54 driver.window_handles returns an incorrect value

Hello All, 

When I use driver 133.0.6943.54 and open only two Chrome tabs, the handle list length is 4.

I deleted the driver and downloaded an older version, which works fine.


Can anyone help check this issue?
