[ESCALATION] Production Outage – MCC 803-412-1676 – Basic Access Pending

Hello Google Ads API Support Team,

We are an agency operating Google Ads services for over 70 clients, and we are experiencing a critical production outage.

Our Developer Token (MCC ID: 803-412-1676) has been in test mode, and we urgently submitted a request to upgrade to Basic Access. Our reporting pipelines have been fully down for 10 days, and the situation is affecting client SLAs and month-end reconciliation.
