Hi Google Ads API Team,

We submitted a Basic Access application for our developer token associated with MCC ID 803-412-1676. The request was formally submitted, confirmed (Case ID: 1-9168000038661), and internally transferred to the Compliance team (ADR-00309497), but we have not received any decision for over 10 days.

This is a production-level issue affecting our reporting services for over 70 client accounts. We kindly request an update or an internal escalation to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
