AdSense Management API Version 1.3 to be turned off in February

As previously noted on the documentation site and the blog, version 1.3 of the AdSense Management API is being removed in February.

Please migrate to version 1.4 as soon as possible.

Due to the similarity between the product versions, migrating from v1.3 to v1.4 typically requires a small amount of work.
