Hi,
70% of our users are visiting the extension store via mobile. But when they add to the desktop, they are not seeing the extension on the desktop by default. They manually have to go to the chrome://extension tab and then enable it from there.
I need help with:
1. How can this users get the extension added on their desktop and in enabled state as they have added it themselves via mobile.
2. How do I track this users, I am not able to get any information in the onInstall event too. Is there a way to track these users? Google analytics also shows no install event on mobile.
